💧Stay Hydrated – Stay Healthy!
As the weather continues to fluctuate, dehydration and heat-related illnesses are becoming common in our community.
Here are a few simple but life-saving tips from RHC Ekka Ghund, District Mohmand:
✅ Drink at least 8–10 glasses of clean water daily.
✅ Avoid excessive tea and energy drinks—they increase dehydration.
✅ Use ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) in case of excessive sweating or diarrhea.
✅ Keep children and elderly hydrated—they’re most at risk!
✅ Visit your nearest health facility if you experience weakness, dizziness, or dry mouth.
