ڈائلاسس(Dialysis) کے دوران جسم سے خون سرخ نالی سے باہر نکالا جاتا ہے ، پھر مشین سے اسے گزارنے کے بعد جسم میں دوبارہ نیلی نلی سے داخل کردیا جاتا ہے۔

ایک ڈائلاسیس کا process تقریباً چار گھنٹے چلتا ہے، اور یہ عمل مریض کو ہفتے میں دو سے تین مرتبہ دہرانا پڑتا۔

وہیں جن لوگوں کے گردے ، صحت مند ہیں ان کے جسم میں یہی عمل خود بخود دن میں 36 مرتبہ ہوتا ہے، بنا کسی تکلیف کے اور مکمل آرام کے ساتھ ۔

آپ نہیں جانتے کہ ہر دم ، ہر آن رب تعالیٰ کی کس قدر نعمتیں ہم پر برس رہی ہیں۔ اس لئے ہمیشہ رب کا شکر ادا کرتے رہیں۔

Panadol is not the only brand of paracetamol, there are many alternatives of panadol having the same strength and same function like Calpol, febrol, disprol and many others. So please try to understand that pain and fever can be relieved by many other products also , not only by panadol.
درد اور بخار سے نجات کے لئے صرف پیناڈول نہیں بلکہ اور بھی بہت سے برینڈز ہیں جن میں پیناڈول کی طرح پیراسٹامول موجود ہیں جیسا کہ کیلپول ، ڈسپرول، فیبرول وغیرہ ۔
لھذا اگر پیناڈول نہیں ملتا ہے یا مہنگا ملتا ہے تو آپ کوئی بھی پیراسٹامول کا دوا لے سکتے ہیں کیونکہ بنیادی چیز پیراسٹامول ہے جو آپ کسی بھی اچھی کمپنی کا لے سکتے ہیں ۔
