MELASMA Chloasma faciei, commonly known as "Pregnancy mask" is a common condition among pregnant women, occurring in the form of tan and dark spots/pigmentation on the skin.

It may be caused by excessive sun exposure, hormonal changes, genetic predisposition or skin irritation. 2) endocrine diseases. There are direct endocrine diseases such as lack of Male hormones, lack of pituitary gland hormones, lack of thyroid hormone. Then there are indirect causes such as diabetes that damages the nerves and arteries.
3) psychiatric illness.
Depression and anxiety are the commonest causes of er****on related problems. Stress directly affects the chemical production. It also indirectly affects the er****on by reducing the erotic thoughts.

Male errection problems!!!
There are so many causes of errectile dysfunction! It can be an individual cause or a combo of some or all of them

1. Vascular problems are the commonest i.e 80% . When arteries and veins in your body start to narrow down, due to age or genetics or obesity, you get a heart problem!! But the point to remember is that it's not the heart only; whole body veins get affected. Same happens in the pe**le tissue. Same happens in head, giving strokes and paralysis. Similarly in diabetics veins and arteries narrow down and cause insufficient and inefficient er****ons in men!!!
So, most of these patients will be men above 50 years of age and/or diabetic and hypertensive.
These patients can either have a problem with artery or vein or both. So they are separate entities.
Treatment in these patients always start with focus on primary pathology, such as high blood pressure and heart diseases. Than the focus is turned to treating p***s itself.
