Our second location for the Orphan Drive was the Al-Huda Centre.

At this location, in addition to distributing gifts and essentials, we also organized several play activities for the children to make the day more enjoyable and engaging for them. One of the highlights was the carrom board, which was especially popular among the older children. They gathered around excitedly and played multiple rounds with great enthusiasm. It was heartening to see them laughing, bonding, and simply enjoying the moment.

These play activities were not only a source of fun but also a way to create a warm, inclusive environment where the children felt valued and cared for. Our volunteers actively participated, encouraged the kids, and made sure everyone had a chance to join in. The joyful atmosphere truly reflected the spirit of the Orphan Drive — spreading happiness, love, and hope to those who need it most..

The second location for our Orphan Drive was the Al-Huda Centre.

After successfully organizing the distribution activities there, we arranged face painting sessions for the children as part of our efforts to bring them joy and create memorable moments. All the children eagerly participated and got their faces painted by our dedicated team of volunteers. It was heartwarming to see their smiles and excitement. Our next destination was Alhuda Centre, where a deeply touching and joyful event took place. We had the privilege of celebrating the birthday of Dr. Susan Hassan, the President of Helpers NGO, with the orphaned children at the centre. The celebration began with a heartwarming cake-cutting ceremony, during which Dr. Susan personally served cake to the children.

Sharing her special day with the orphans added a profound sense of meaning to the occasion. The children were visibly delighted—their laughter and smiles filled the room with warmth and joy. The entire team was present to support and participate in the celebration, making it a truly memorable and emotional experience for everyone involved.

It was a beautiful reminder of the impact of love, compassion, and togetherness.

Our Second Stop: Alhuda Centre – Orphan Drive

After the heartwarming cake-cutting ceremony and a delicious meal of biryani and Pepsi with the children at Alhuda Centre, the next part of our visit brought even more smiles and excitement. We distributed two different types of gift items among all the children, ensuring that each child received a thoughtful surprise.

The children's faces lit up with joy as they opened their gifts. Their reactions were priceless—full of wonder, excitement, and gratitude. Seeing the delight in their eyes was a truly touching experience for the entire team. The thoughtful gesture made them feel loved and remembered, and the joy it brought was clearly visible in their expressions.

Following the gift distribution, the Helpers team spent more quality time with the children by organizing and playing various fun games and activities. The children participated with great enthusiasm, and their laughter filled the space with warmth and energy. The games served as a perfect way to engage with them on a more personal level and create happy, lasting memories.

The entire visit to Alhuda Centre was not just an act of giving—it was a heartfelt exchange of joy, love, and human connection. It reminded us all of the power of kindness and the importance of making every child feel special.

Location 2: Alhuda Centre – Orphan Drive

Our second stop was Alhuda Centre, where we conducted an orphan outreach drive. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and joy. The children were visibly happy and eagerly participated in the various activities we had planned. Their enthusiasm was truly heartwarming, as they joined us not only in the fun-filled sessions but also in the birthday celebration of Dr. Susan Hassan, President of Helpers NGO.

The children actively took part in the cake-cutting ceremony and joyfully sang birthday songs along with the team. Their eyes lit up with happiness at the sight of the cake, and the room echoed with laughter and cheer. Orphan Drive – Location No. 1: Khyber Kor

Here are some heartwarming glimpses from a beautiful day spent with the children at Khyber Kor during the first stop of our Orphan Drive. The day was filled with joy, creativity, and meaningful interactions that left lasting memories for both the children and our team.

As part of the day’s activities, we engaged the children in painting sessions, where they were encouraged to express their imagination and creativity through colors and brushstrokes. It was a delight to see their enthusiasm and the sense of pride they felt while creating their artwork.

In addition to painting, our team also organized a special mehndi (henna) activity for the girls. With care and dedication, team members personally applied mehndi designs on the children’s hands, ensuring each child felt special and included. The girls were overjoyed and excited to show off their beautiful mehndi patterns.

The smiles, laughter, and excitement shared throughout the day made it truly memorable. It was more than just an event—it was a celebration of love, care, and togetherness.
