Polytrauma pt with segmental radius-ulna and crescent fracture type 2 decided to fix it from posterior without fixing anterior element as the the pt was young unmarried female for cosmetic reason ♥️achieved stable fixation posteriorlly with plates supplemented by S I screw 👍🏻♥️ satisfied with just posterior leaving anterior ring untouched, doing wel and no loss of fixation at 4 months full weight bearing🌹
