1) Optimize your sitting posture
a) Use a lumbar pillow to maintain proper posture
b) Hold your smartphone at eye level
c) Support your arms by propping your elbows on armrest
d) Use a headrest to support your head and neck.
2) Take breaks often
a) Limit the amount of time and frequency spent using technology
b) Take 3-minute breaks every 15-20 minutes
3) Strengthen and stretch neck muscles

Low Back pain and sciatica are both completely treatable through Physiotherapy.
