Ultrasound showed a mass in periampulary region causing dilatation of Biliary channels.
Advise further work up with ct abdomen with contrast.
Adenocarcinoma is the most common type of periampulary mass.

A patient presented with anuri after renal transplant 16 days at private clinic.
Renal transplant doppler study revealed minimal vascularity in lower pole parenchymal branches with reversal of diastolic component and high resistive index and no flow at all in upper pole and intererpolar region suggestive of renal artery stenosis and vein thrombosis
Cortical thickness reduction suggestive of cortical necrosis.
