اسلام علیکم کل میرے کلینک میں ایک چار مہینے کا بچہ معائنے کیلئے لایا گیا جب مے نے پوچھا کہ اپ ک بچےکو کیا تکلیف ھے تو جواب ملا ک بچے نے کچھ نگل لیا ھے اس کے بعد بچے کو مسلسل کھانسی اور الٹیاں ھے جب میں نے پوچھا کہ چار مہینے کا بچہ یہ کام کیسے کر سکتا تو جواب ملا کہ اس کی دو سال کی بھن نے کچھ اس کے منہ میں ڈال دیا ۔
ایمرجنسی میں آپریشن تھیٹر شفٹ کیا اور الحمد للّٰہ بغیر آپریشن کے سپرینگ خوراک کی نالی سے نکال لیا اور ایک گھنٹہ بعد ڈیسچارج کر دیا
اس پوسٹ کا مقصد یہ تھا کہ آپنے شیر حوار بجے کو کبھی بھی اپنے چھوٹے بچوں کے اسرا پر نہ چھوڑیں خدا نحواستا اپ کو نا صرف اپکو پریشانی کا سامنا ھو سکتا ھے بلکہ اپ کے بچے کیلئے جان لیوا بھی ثابت ھو سکتا ھے

Unbelievable heavy worms infestation and ectopic pancreas in the 1st part of duodenum.

5 years old child presented with hemetemesis/melena.He was transfused twice.He was given ibuprofen in high doses for fever.Endoscopy showed multiple ulcers with active oozing of blood in the fundal region of stomach.haemostasis achieved by inj.adrenaline in the ulcer base.This was the 3rd case of Ibuprofen induced gastric ulceration which i received during this week
: Take Home Message.kindly prescribe paracetamol instead of ibuprofen for fever to avoid this catastrophe

11 years old child who presented with chronic diarrhea,weight loss and bleeding PR.Colonoscopy showed numerous polyps in the whole colon( re**um to cecum).This is a typical case of juvenil polyposis Syndrome with frequency of 1/100,000.

3 Years old child presented with persistent vomiting.patient wasn't able to tolerate fluid for 1 month.H/O battery acid ingestion 1 month back . Upper GI endoscopy showed severe gastric outlet obstruction Did balloon dilatation successfully.Alhamdullilah now can take liquid and semisolid with no difficulty.

8 years old girl presented with jaundice and abdominal distension for the last 6 months.O/E she was jaundiced,clubbed,wasted ,severe rickets and having ascites.She was treated for hypophosphatemic ricketic since 1 year of age.Her LFTs including synthetic tests were derranged.

The provisional diagnosis was CLD due to Tyrosinemia type 1 with sequelae.....

Delayed diagnosis leads to catastrophic consequences like in this case.

11 months old baby presented with H/O foreign body ingestion followed by persistent vomiting and excessive crying.X Ray abdomen showed nail in the doudenum..Alhamdullilah successfully removed.
