IPTS under the supervision of Secretary IPMR Disciplinary Society Zeeshan Ahmad arranged a webinar for it’s members, DPT undergraduates and graduates to chase their dreams of studying abroad in Canada as well as excel at getting a license and finding a job.
The webinar was hosted by Secretary IDS Zeeshan Ahmad and the speaker was Dr Hajra Batool PT.

IPMR Physical Therapy Society has always worked for the betterment of Physical Therapy students, enlightening their visions and enhancing their skills. Here we are, yet again, adding one more achievement to our list.
IPTS has successfully arranged an informative workshop on the topic “Hamstring Injuries Sports Rehabilitation”
The workshop targeted undergraduate students, providing our participants with the chance of exploring new horizons. Facilitated by the renowned Dr Sayed Zulfiqar PT, head of Physiotherapists at TopSupport International Sports Performance and Rehabilitation Centre. The workshop was attended by Dr Irfanullah PT, Director IPMR along with senior faculty IPMR including Dr Mujeeb ur Rehman PT, Dr Sajida Mazhar PT, Dr Shakirullah PT, Dr Rida Shabbir PT, Dr Afsheen Daud PT, demonstrators and students from different institutes.

The four hours long workshop covered all the aspects of Hamstring Rehabilitation, starting from assessment of the patient to stage wise treatment.
Practical demonstration was the highlight of workshop, teaching the use of different Graston Tools.

The session ended with certificate distribution among the participants.

We look forward to hosting more workshops like this for a better community of Physiotherapists.

The workshop targeted Masters and PhD students, providing our participants with the chance of exploring new horizons. Facilitated by the renowned Dr Sayed Zulfiqar PT, head of Physiotherapists at TopSupport International Sports Performance and Rehabilitation Centre. The workshop was attended by Dr Irfanullah PT, Director IPMR along with senior faculty IPMR including Dr Sajida Mazhar PT, Dr Shakirullah PT, Dr Mujeeb ur Rehman PT, Dr Rida Shabbir PT, ,Dr Afsheen PT lecturers and demonstrators.

The Six hours long workshop covered the following topics;

-Tools for PhD Researchers
-Writing the best thesis and winning the review
-High impact publications
-Reduce chances of publication rejection

We look forward to hosting more workshops like this for a better community of Physiotherapists.

Good news for upcoming physical therapists !

Alhamdulillah ! The house job for the third batch has been approved and the good news is that it has been regularized. We are proud to announce that core committee members of kp Physical Therapy association Dr. Jawad Khan , Dr. Javeria Kamil and their team has successfully regularized house job for upcoming physical therapy graduates. Previously, students were doing it on a summary basis, and every year they had to pass the summary for fund allocation. Now, funds will be allocated on a regular basis for new graduates of government institute.
We are thankful to Dean Allied health sciences kmu Dr. Haider Darain ,Direct IPMR kmu Dr irfan Ullah, VC KMU Dr. Zia ul haq , Registrar Kmu InamUllah , Health minister Riaz anwer, finance minister Ahmed Rasool Bangash, Finance secretary Amir Sultan , Finance deputy secretary Ibrahim shah Kp assembly protocol officer Waqar khan, PS to health minister Irfan shah, Salman shah, KP PSF general secretary Mohammad Riaz Khan Yousofzai , Mam Nighat orakzai, CEO Paraplegic Center Peshawar Dr. ilyas syed for their Support throughout the process it wouldn't be possible without their support.

A thanksgiving dinner was arranged by Batch 10th alumnus for all the people who supported us in the continuation of our paid House job. In Inspiring desk Episode 7 we came to know that in order to study in Germany some knowledge of the German language is required. If you are an aspirant of Germany then have a look at the caching canter of German language opened by one of our teacher Sajid Mansoor. The students of IPMR will be given free initial classes.

German language class will start from Wednesday 11 January at 4pm.
Students may attend free demonstration class on Wednesday.
