4. Upload a recent passport-sized photo (blue background) 📸

To get admission in *Army Medical College (AMC)*, you *must appear in the NUMS MDCAT* conducted by the *National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS)*.
For AMC Admission, you need:
1. *NUMS MDCAT* (mandatory)
2. *FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent* with at least 60% marks
3. For *cadet seats*, also required: ISSB + medical + GHQ selection (for Army-sponsored)
Without NUMS MDCAT, you *cannot apply* for AMC (whether on open merit or paying seat).
