Patient named Haseeb Ullah aged 27 years presented with complaints of Lower Back Pain which was peripheralizing at the dermatomal level of L4 and L5. At Physical examination, the patient's pain aggravates with flexion at the lumbar spine and relieve with lumbar extension. Special Test SLR was positive. After the assessment, an intervention protocol was developed for 1 week. Following were the MRI scan before and after the treatment which shows the patient recovery. Imaging was taken after 2 weeks of treatment from PhysioFirst Rehab.
