Global Handwashing Week 2025 and International Infection Prevention and Control Week 2025 were marked today at IKD with great enthusiasm.

Organized by the Infection Control Committee, the event included an awareness walk led by Dr. Ghazala Afridi, Chairperson of the Department of Pathology and Infection Control Committee, along with faculty and staff members.

The purpose of the activity was to highlight the vital role of hand hygiene in infection prevention and patient safety.
After all It might be gloves, but it’s always hand hygiene.
Together we can make a difference Clean Hands Save Lives....
