Today I would like to tell the ground reality of all basic issues/problems of Gara Tajik Hospital and the role played by the present administration in solving them and also the hurdles She is facing.
ELECTRICITY ISSUES:
Limited low voltage electricity Supply is the main problem since long time which badly affected the whole hospital staff and the patients.
STEPS TAKEN BY MS
1.A meeting was held in the office of Honorable deputy Speaker and this issue was raised and Discussed in detail
2 Administrative team along with a Community worker Visited PESCO Office for demand of Special Xpress line to the hospital.
3,The existing Solar System has completed its life and all the 48 batteries one panel and 9 solar plates are out of order we called an expert and the estimated total cost for refunctioning of Solar System was 20 lacs. We approached the high ups for arrangement of funds.
4 Through the efforts of Honorable deputy Speaker Sir Mehmood Jan Khan a New Solarization System for the whole hospital is approved in WARSAK DAM PROJECT. The Administrative team is in regular contact with them (Eng Waqas) and according to him it is in final stages. Other important equipments are also included in this project like Ond Modern Dental Unit, Fully automated chemistry analyzer Generator and baby warmer.My dear Community members this is Govt Hospital and we must follow rules regulations The MS is not full authority, the only and most important thing she can do is to identify the basic issues which she did,and to conduct detail meeting with concerned authorities for its final outcome. Now I ask the Community whether She played her role r not .She is determined to focus and accomplish the above mentioned goals with the help of Community and Concerned authorities.
This hospital is also affiliated with RMC Rahman Medical College and the Clinical students will start coming with effect from 15th August 2022 ,and they will contribute a lot in the overall improvement of hospital as mentioned in Agreement deed with them. The MS is well aware of hospital and Community problems/ISSUES and She is struggling hard to address and solve them.
Inspite of Constant Struggle to solve the fundamental issues of hospital/Community and even then without fruitful results .it will be better to quit this post as MS /DDHO She added in a meeting with her administrative team.
