Today I would like to tell the ground reality of all basic issues/problems of Gara Tajik Hospital and the role played by the present administration in solving them and also the hurdles She is facing.
ELECTRICITY ISSUES:
Limited low voltage electricity Supply is the main problem since long time which badly affected the whole hospital staff and the patients.
STEPS TAKEN BY MS
1.A meeting was held in the office of Honorable deputy Speaker and this issue was raised and Discussed in detail
2 Administrative team along with a Community worker Visited PESCO Office for demand of Special Xpress line to the hospital.
3,The existing Solar System has completed its life and all the 48 batteries one panel and 9 solar plates are out of order we called an expert and the estimated total cost for refunctioning of Solar System was 20 lacs. We approached the high ups for arrangement of funds.
4 Through the efforts of Honorable deputy Speaker Sir Mehmood Jan Khan a New Solarization System for the whole hospital is approved in WARSAK DAM PROJECT. The Administrative team is in regular contact with them (Eng Waqas) and according to him it is in final stages. Other important equipments are also included in this project like Ond Modern Dental Unit, Fully automated chemistry analyzer Generator and baby warmer.My dear Community members this is Govt Hospital and we must follow rules regulations The MS is not full authority, the only and most important thing she can do is to identify the basic issues which she did,and to conduct detail meeting with concerned authorities for its final outcome. Now I ask the Community whether She played her role r not .She is determined to focus and accomplish the above mentioned goals with the help of Community and Concerned authorities.
This hospital is also affiliated with RMC Rahman Medical College and the Clinical students will start coming with effect from 15th August 2022 ,and they will contribute a lot in the overall improvement of hospital as mentioned in Agreement deed with them. The MS is well aware of hospital and Community problems/ISSUES and She is struggling hard to address and solve them.
Inspite of Constant Struggle to solve the fundamental issues of hospital/Community and even then without fruitful results .it will be better to quit this post as MS /DDHO She added in a meeting with her administrative team.

As per Strict direction of MS Cat D hospital Gara Tajik Dr Erum the whole administrative team worked day and night to make the existing X ray machine functional. The Competent Engineer of the Concerned Firm Eng Haseeb was called ,he came and the basic fault was identified and Corrected and made the X Ray machine fully functional .A number of various types of X Ray films were taken and the result was satisfactory

اج گاڑہ تاجک ہاسپتال ورسک روڈ میں ڈاکٹرز نے ایک قیمتی جان بچاٸی۔ماسٹر فیاض خان کے مطابق اج ان کے بیٹے کو ایمرجنسی کی حالت میں گاڑہ تاجک ہسپتال پہنچایا گیا جہاں پر ڈاکٹر میر بشر اور ڈاکٹر محمود خان نے جانفشانی سے ان کا علاج کیا اور ایک قیمتی جان بچاٸی ۔ اخر میں ماسٹر فیاض خان نے دونوں ڈاکٹرز صاحبان کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔۔

Hospital Administration Particularly Dr Erum who is also a Microbiologist is very thankful to Dr Nadia Kashif who visited Gara Tajik hospital on MS personal request.
Dr Nadia Kashif who is a Haematologist and M.Phil Haematology with Distinction from KMU.
She worked in Naseerullah Khan Babar Memorial Hospital as District Haematologist and introduced and implemented recent advances and research in laboratory. She also worked in RMI as Haematologist and remained attached with Medical Education also.
Presently She is an active member of DGHS and Procurement Committee.
She did a detail Hospital round with MS and DMS Dr Zia ullah and Dr Saleem with particular emphasis On Lab extension and its Computerization.She Shared her practical based experience with MS and granted us with her valuable suggestions regarding Diagnostic Units ( Lab ,Radiology U .S ECG ) improvement and its extension, modern purpose based infrastructure design and Central Computerization.

To bring maximum improvement in all health facilities of TOWN 2 by facilitating the Concerned Staff is the main domain and Vision of DDHO TOWN 2 Dr Erum.
Today (4. 7.2022) She Visited Therei payan BHU .
This facility is providing health Services on 24/7 basis. She was disappointed on low OPD Statistics . Strict instructions were given to all Staff regarding regularity and punctuality in duties. Improvement of providing quality health Services to the ailing humanity including Ante Natal Care .
She also showed her displeasure over Low COVID VACCINATION COVERAGE. And warned all Concerned staff to be serious about EFFECTIVE COVID VACCINATION COVERAGE WITH ZERO TOLERANCE.
The incharge Dr Khalid Yousaf demanded Medicine for BHU to DDHO and She Ordered the Concerned Staff to provide all required Medicine on Emergency basis.

Polio workers/ Vaccinators are our front line Soldiers. No one Can deny their dedication, Sincerity and Sacrifices in any polio eradication initiative, drive and Compaign. They face a lot of hurdles emanated through traditional, religious misconceptions and misinformation. These views were expressed by Dr Erum MS and DDHO Town 2 during her Visit to Pagagi BHU faqeer kalay on 2 .7 .2022
She Conducted meeting with them in open Space .
She is of the opinion to provide them one r two rooms as in Gara Tajik hospital in the facility to carry out their daily activities.
