As we came to know during Department if Pharmacy University of Peshawar Alumni Association gathering held on 5th February, 2026 that we have brilliant, hardworking Pharmacy graduating students who are on the verge of graduating but they are facing severe financial distress.

Due to unexpected circumstances, they cannot afford their fees and are at risk of dropping out right before the finish line.

کیا آپ بھی اپنی بیٹی یا بیٹے کو یہ ڈگریاں کروا رہے ہیں تو ایک بار اس نوٹس کو اور تحریر کو پڑھ ضرور لیں۔۔۔
’’اب مزید BS مائیکرو بائیولوجی، بایوٹیکنالوجی اور بایو کیمسٹری میں داخلہ نہ لیں۔۔۔
پاکستان کے پبلک ہیلتھ سیکٹر میں اِن ڈگریز کی قدر و قیمت اب نہیں رہی، فیصلہ ہو چکا ہے۔۔۔

میں نے آج سے ایک سال پہلے اپنے بہت سارے پروفیسرز حضرات کو (پرسنلی کانٹیکٹ) کرکے اس معاملے سے آگاہ کیا تھا مگر افسوس۔، صرف زبانی وعدوں سے آگے کچھ نا ہوسکا۔۔۔

ہمارے پروفیسر حضرات تو گہری غفلت کی نیند میں ہیں ہر سال ہزاروں طلبہ کو داخلے دیتے ہیں، اور پروسپیکٹس میں یہ لکھا ہوتا ہے کہ آپ ہیلتھ سیکٹر میں کام کر سکیں گے لیکن اب حقیقت اس کے برعکس ہے۔۔۔

آج کے بعد اِن ڈگریز کی قدر و قیمت باٹنی اور زوالوجی کے برابر ہو کر رہ گئی ہے‘‘

اب کے بعد جو بھی سٹوڈنٹ ان ڈگریز میں بی ایس آنرز میں ایڈمیشن لے گا وہ اپنے مستقبل کا خود ذمہ دار ہوگا
