ہمارے ایک FCPS کوالیفائڈ سرجن دوست کے ساتھ ایسا بھی ہوا ہے کہ مریض کسی dispenser سے دوائ لکھوا کر اس کے گھر cannula لگوانے پہنچ گئے- یہاں ایسا بھی ہوتا ہے کہ کوالیفائڈ physician سے دوائ لکھوا کر لوگ میٹرک پاس میڈیکل سٹور والے سے پوچھتے ہیں کہ دوا صحیح یا غلط تجویز ہوئ ہے- ہر دوسرے دن مریض یا اس کے attendents اپنی مرضی سے antibiotics تبدیل کرتے ہیں- اس طرح ایک دوسرے سے پوچھ کر انسولین یونٹس اور oral drugs تبدیل کرتے ہیں- Antihypertensives ایک دوسرے سے ادھار لیکر dose اور گروپ تبدیل کرتے ہیں- خود ٹیسٹ کروا کر لیب والوں سے اندرونی بیماری کا پوچھتے ہیں- ٹیسٹ negative یا نارمل ہو تو کہتے ہیں کہ ٹیسٹ کے پیسے ضائع ہوئے-کہتے ہیں کہ جو مقدر میں لکھا ہے وہی ہو گا- پھر موت سے بھی ڈرتے ہیں-
پھر ہم ایسے لوگوں سے گلہ کرتے ہیں کہ وہ پولیو اور کرونہ کو پروپیگنڈا سمجھتے ہیں اور احتیاط نہیں کرتے!! یہ خود ڈاکٹر بھی ہیں ، مریض بھی ہیں، حکومت بھی یہ، عوام بھی ہیں- بیک وقت ظالم اور مظلوم ہیں-
حکومت بھی ان کی چوائس، طبیعت اور مزاج کی ہے!پھر حکومت کے اقدامات کو برا بھلا بھی کہتے ہیں-
