A case of RTA .with open segmental tibia fx and exposed bone.did tibia ex fix and transposition flap in TRAUMA CENTRE QUETTA.later on conversation into illizarov. Alhamdullilah pt mobilised without support.thanks to almighty Allah and Team Prof Amer Aziz

A case of RTA,with left femur closed fx,left tibia open fx and Rt tibia open fx with popliteal artery injured and pt was exsanguinated to almost death.Did vessel repair and ex fix rt tibia with muscle flap.femur nail and tibia illizarov to left lower limb after 2 days IN TRAUMA CENTRE QUETTA.
Skin of rt lower limb got gangrene and later on STSG and conversation to illizarov.
Alhamdullilah pt is walking after removal of illizarov .thanks to almighty Allah and team Prof Amer Aziz

A case of RTA.with exposed bone and tibia plateau and medial malleoli fx.treated in TRAUMA centre with EX FIX AND MEDIAL GASTROC FLAP.later on STSG and conversion to illizarov. Got fine and started living normal life but again involved in RTA with exposed bone and tibia shaft fx.did ilizarov and lateral gastroc flap (courtesy dr majid khan).now again ilizarov free and mobilized.thanks to Almighty Allah and Team Prof Amer Aziz
