A 3 years old male child presented to opd with the history of difficulty in swallowing from last 3 days there is no respiratory distress AND THE rest of examination normal x rays chest done which shows coin shadow a simple procedure done
MESSAGE :: avoid kids from coin to taking in mouth sometime it goes to tarchea and death occur

A two year old male presented to my clinic with the history of bleeding from nose from last 9 days with nose packed he was visited to different hospital and done multiple workup all are normal except low Hb 6.5 later one consultant advised bone marrow to role out malignancy ,
in during my examination there were no petechia bruises lymph node was not palpable and there were no visceromegally when I examined the throat there were small tail of worm black in colour (Leech) .
So it is important to examine every system to prevent patient from massive work up
