This is on table result of a young patient having complete saddle(collapse) nose deformity due to childhood trauma .pt having severe breathing issue as u can see nasal septum protruding in right nostril . Using his own costal (Rib)cartilage Augmentation Rhinoplasty done .Will share results after cast removal .

This is just a 10 days post operative Result of a amazing transformation of a young patient having a complete saddle (collapsed) nose deformity with breathing issues and not happy with appearance . Using his own costal (Rib) cartilage we made a brand new nose although skin was very tough adherent due to previous trauma .

A young patient worried about breathing issues and not happy with his nasal hump over projected and droopy tip left axis deviation of nasal dorsum plus bifid tip We corrected all deformities by harvesting Costal cartilage (pts own Rib ) as pt undergone previuos septoplasty surgery so there was no enough septal cartilage .Alhamdulillah pt is happy with his new nose shape.Still lot of odema especially over Tip but with time will be refined more Inshallah.

A young patient Having Crooked nose deformity and DNS worried about Cosmetic as well as breathing issues.We did open Septorhinoplasty the nose is in the midline now patient can breath well now.As there is a lot of odeoma ( Swelling) as this is just 10 th day post operative Result inshallah it will be more refined with time once swelling settles down.

This is just a 10 days post operative result of a young pt having Cleft Nose ( Congenital/ by birth) nasal deformity A very challenging case but alhamdulillah The nose is much straighter and no breathing issue Through open approach patients own septal cartilage was use for reconstruction.

This is just a week after results of a young patient was operated one year back for Deviated nasal septum(DNS)due to too much overzealous cartilage removal she got supratip depression We took her Ear(auricular)cartilage and corrected her deformity by closed approach no external incision scar mark .

TAKE HOME MESSAGE : Specially for my young surgeons/colleagues Do not resect too much from septal cartilage preserve dorsal and caudal strut atleast 1 cm to avoid this deformity

This young man came to us with congenital(by birth) cleft nose it's most difficult to address this deformity with totally crooked nose and deviated septum causing breathing issues We perform Open septorhinoplsty It can not be straightened 100% but we did maximum his tip was downward projected now straight dorsum on lateral profile alhamdulillah no breathing issue this is just 2 weeks result patient is very happy

This is just the 10 th day post operative Result of Young Student having LONG NOSE Over projected Tip Large bony plus cartilagenous hump on dorsum Tip Ptosis and lower bridge .Alhamdulillah using Open approach We reduced Nose size Hump lowered down Tip Deprojected and Bridghe Augmented. Once odema settles down Nose will be more refined.
