COMMON SPORT RELATED INJURIES:

3. Tendinitis: Inflammation of tendons, which connect muscles to bones, often occurring in the shoulders, elbows, and knees.
4. Shin Splints: Pain in the lower leg, often occurring in runners, due to overuse or poor footwear.
5. Concussions: Mild traumatic brain injury, often occurring in contact sports, caused by a blow to the head.
6. Rotator Cuff Injury: Strains or tears in the muscles and tendons surrounding the shoulder joint.
7. Tennis Elbow: Overuse injury causing pain on the outside of the elbow.
