Quetta 16.02.2026: A team from BHCC conducted the physical verification of registration and provided an orientation session on Key Patient Safety Area (KPSA) at Saleem Medical Complex.

During the visit, the team reviewed compliance with the Balochistan Healthcare Commission Act, 2019 and the Licensing & Anti-Quackery Regulations, 2024. The management and healthcare personnel were guided on regulatory requirements, quality standards, patient safety protocols, and continuous quality improvement mechanisms.

Visit to various Collection Centres – Jinnah Road
The BHCC team also visited a diagnostic collection centres located at Jinnah Road to assess service delivery standards, documentation practices, and adherence to registration and licensing requirements. Necessary guidance was provided to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and to safeguard public health.

Quetta 12.02.2026: The Balochistan Healthcare Commission conducted an uninformed visit to Al-Khair Hospital, Zarghoon Road, Quetta, as part of its regulatory mandate under the Balochistan Healthcare Commission Act, 2019 and the Licensing & Anti-Quackery Regulations, 2024.

The purpose of the visit was the verification of the KPSA form, which is a mandatory requirement for the issuance of a Provisional License.

Quetta 11.02.2026: The Balochistan Healthcare Commission continues its strict enforcement drive against unregistered and unqualified healthcare providers to safeguard public health and eliminate quackery across the province.

During a recent crackdown conducted at Sariab Road, Master Colony, and Munir Ahmed Mengal Road, the following actions were taken:

01 Clinic Sealed: One clinic was sealed for operating without registration and qualification & Penalty imposed as per regulatory provisions.

Penalties Imposed on 01 Dental Clinic, 01 General Practitioner (GP) Clinic, 01 Polyclinic (All assigned penalties for regulatory violations.)

Warnings Issued to 01 GP Clinic and 01 Maternity Home
(Formal warnings issued with directions for immediate compliance.)

BHCC reiterates that operating any healthcare establishment without proper registration, licensing, and qualified staff is a violation of the law and will result in strict action.

The Commission remains committed to ensuring quality healthcare services and protecting citizens from unsafe and illegal medical practices.
