عالمی یومِ خواتین کے موقع پر ایک باہمت رہنما کو خراجِ تحسین

آج عالمی یومِ خواتین کے موقع پر ہم ایک ایسی باہمت اور باوقار خاتون کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کرتے ہیں جن کی قیادت اور وژن نے Pediatric Unit-IV (Dittu Children Ward) کی تقدیر بدل دی — ڈاکٹر صائمہ ریاض۔

وہ وقت بھی تھا جب Dittu Ward ایک ویران اور غیر فعال جگہ کا منظر پیش کرتا تھا۔ یہاں نہ کوئی نمایاں تعلیمی سرگرمی تھی، نہ ڈاکٹرز اور نہ ہی مریض اس وارڈ میں آنے کو ترجیح دیتے تھے۔

پھر ایک روشن دن آیا جب ڈاکٹر صائمہ ریاض نے اس وارڈ کی ذمہ داری سنبھالی اور اسے اندھیروں سے نکال کر ترقی اور بہتری کی راہ پر گامزن کرنے کا عزم کیا۔ آج الحمدللہ اسی عزم اور محنت کا نتیجہ ہے کہ Dittu Children Ward ایک فعال، منظم اور تعلیمی اعتبار سے مضبوط ادارہ بن چکا ہے۔

ڈاکٹر صائمہ ریاض کی قیادت میں اس وارڈ میں بے شمار مثبت تبدیلیاں آئیں، جن میں شامل ہیں:

• لائبریری کا قیام
• لرننگ ریسورس سینٹر کا قیام
• فارمیسی کی سہولت
• جدید طرز کا NICU
• وارڈز کی بہتری اور تنظیم
• روزانہ کیس پریزنٹیشنز اور لیکچرز
• باقاعدہ ڈبل راؤنڈز اور تدریسی سرگرمیاں

یہ تمام کامیابیاں ڈاکٹر صائمہ ریاض کے وژن، محنت اور قائدانہ صلاحیتوں کا نتیجہ ہیں۔ انہوں نے نہ صرف ادارے کے اندر تبدیلی لائی بلکہ حکومتِ بلوچستان کے محکمہ صحت اور UNICEF کو بھی اس وارڈ کی بہتری کے لیے توجہ دینے پر آمادہ کیا۔

ہم حکومتِ بلوچستان کے محکمہ صحت اور UNICEF کے بھی شکر گزار ہیں جنہوں نے اس وژن کو حقیقت بنانے میں تعاون کیا۔

آج Dittu Ward میں آنے والے مریض اور ان کے لواحقین مطمئن ہیں اور دل سے دعائیں دیتے ہیں۔

ہم اس آئرن لیڈی کو سلام پیش کرتے ہیں جن کی قیادت نے ناممکن کو ممکن بنا دیا۔
