Supracondylar Fracture Humerus (Children):

1. Common in children, usually extension type after a fall on an outstretched hand.

2. Classified by Gartland (Type I–III).

3. Check neurovascular status (especially brachial artery & median nerve).

4. Type I → Posterior splint / cast immobilization.

جس کی تقریبا دو سال پہلے کولہے کی ہڈی ٹوٹ گئی تھی اور وہ چلنے پھرنے سے معذور ہو گئی تھی اس کے کولہے کا جوڑ تبدیل کیا الحمدللہ اب پھر سے دوبارہ نارمل زندگی کی طرف لوٹ ائی ہے

ٹوٹل ہِپ ریپلیسمنٹ (Total Hip Replacement)

یہ ایک بڑی آرتھوپیڈک سرجری ہے جس میں خراب یا گھِسے ہوئے ہِپ جوائنٹ (کولہے کے جوڑ) کو نکال کر اُس کی جگہ مصنوعی جوڑ (Artificial Prosthesis) لگایا جاتا ہے۔

وجوہات (Indications)

گٹھیا (Osteoarthritis) → کولہے کے جوڑ کا خراب ہونا
رمیٹائیڈ آرتھرائٹس (Rheumatoid Arthritis)
ایویسکولر نیکروسس (Avascular Necrosis) → خون کی کمی کی وجہ سے ہڈی کا مر جانا
فریکچر آف ہِپ (Hip fracture) خاص طور پر بڑی عمر میں
ڈیفارمیٹی یا پیدائشی مسائل

طریقہ کار (Procedure)

سرجن خراب جوڑ کو نکالتا ہے اور ہڈی کے حصے کو تیار کر کے اُس میں مصنوعی بال (Ball) اور ساکٹ (Socket) فِٹ کرتا ہے۔ یہ میٹل، سیرامک یا پلاسٹک مٹیریل سے بنے ہوتے ہیں۔
اقسام (Types)

1. سیمنٹڈ (Cemented THR): ہڈی میں سیمنٹ لگا کر پروستھیسس فِکس کیا جاتا ہے۔
2. ان سیمنٹڈ (Uncemented THR): پروستھیسس بغیر سیمنٹ کے لگایا جاتا ہے تاکہ ہڈی خود جڑ جائے۔
3. ہائبرڈ (Hybrid): ایک حصہ سیمنٹ کے ساتھ اور دوسرا بغیر سیمنٹ کے لگایا جاتا ہے۔

He was bed ridden۔
Did Bil lateral Total Knee replacement۔Medial compartment on Both side were deficit۔۔So the reminents of cut of lateral condyl was used as a Bone graft that was fixed with melloliar screw on both side Spacial thanx to My Dear Nawaz Balouch
