I’m Dr Iqra Iftikhar, a physiotherapist and nutritional therapist. I hold a Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) degree from the University of Sargodha (PAK) and a Level 5 Professional Diploma (equivalent to two years of bachelor's degree) in Nutritional Therapy (NT) from The Health Sciences Academy, UK. My passion lies in promoting health and well-being by combining physiotherapy and nutrition to help individuals achieve a healthier and more balanced life. Chief Complaint: "I’ve been having neck and upper back pain for the past 3 weeks."

Case Details:
Mr. Ahmed presents to your physiotherapy clinic complaining of dull, aching pain in the neck and between the shoulder blades. The pain is worse after long hours of computer work and improves slightly with rest. He rates the pain at 6/10 after a full day of work. He denies any trauma or injury. No tingling or numbness is present in the arms or fingers.

Postural Assessment:
Forward head posture
Rounded shoulders
Increased thoracic kyphosis

Range of Motion (ROM):
Cervical flexion and extension: mildly restricted with discomfort
Cervical rotation: limited to the right side

Muscle Tightness:
Upper trapezius and levator scapulae tight
Pectoralis minor shortened
Weak deep neck flexors
