The 1st Ratodero Sports Gala was successfully organized at the Sports Ground, Govt. Boys Degree College Ratodero by The Ultimate Associates, with the support of the Sports Department, Government of Sindh.
More than 10 Schools participated in 8 exciting sports events, showcasing incredible talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
The event concluded with shield & certificate distribution by the Honorable Chief Guest Mr. Aijaz Ahmed Leggari Sb, Chairman District Council Larkano, along with Mr. Ali Hassan Bhutto and other distinguished guests.
Many Congratulations and Thanks to all Teachers & Students of different Schools for their great Participation.

The Government of Pakistan, Establishment Division, through the AHK National Centre for Rural Development (AHKNCRD), Islamabad, awarded a certificate of participation to Dr. Abdul Malik Khatian (CEO-The Ultimate Associates)and other Participants from all over Pakistan for successfully completing a five-day training course on “Project Proposal Writing” held from September 15 to 19, 2025. The training aimed to strengthen participants’ professional skills in designing, structuring, and presenting effective project proposals that align with development goals. The certificate, signed by Mr. Israr Mohammad Khan, Director General, AHKNCRD, and Muhammad Ahsan Jamil, Research Officer, recognizes Dr. Khatian’s active engagement and commitment to capacity building in project management and proposal development.
