شیاٹیکا یا ری اس درد کو کھتے ھیں جو آپکے کمر سے نکلے
اور ٹانگ میں جاے۔اس کے بہت سی وجوہات ہیں لیکن عام طور پر کمر کی ڈسک جوکمر کے مہروں کے بیچ میں ہوتی ہے۔اگر وہ اپنی جگہ سے نکلے تو اس رگ کو دبا دیتی ھے جو دماغ سے آنے والے سگنل کو کمر سے ٹانگ تک لے کے جاتی ہے۔اس کی سب سے بڑی وجہ وزنی کام یا کمر پہ چوٹ لگنا ہے۔کبھی کبہار بغیر کسی وجہ کے بھی یہ مسلہ ہو سکتا ھے۔


یہ مسلہ 90 فیصد لوگوں میں دواءی اور احتیاط سے ٹھیک ھو جاتا ھے۔لیکن اگر ٹانگ یا پاؤں میں کمزوری ہو یا بڑے یا چھوٹے پیشاپ میں مسلہ ھو یا درد 1.5 مہینے دواءی اور احتیاط کے بعد بھی ٹھیک نہ ہو پھر آپریشن کروانا ضروری ھے ۔۔تاکہ بڑی معزوری سے بچا جا سکے
