Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Officer (Tender & Bidding Clerk) to join our team! If you have experience in tender preparation and you are proficient in MS Office tools, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:
1: Handle tender production, registration, and other bidding matters.
2: Manage the preparation, layout, review, printing, and binding of bidding documents, ensuring timely completion.
3: Collaborate with project managers and departments to resolve issues during the bidding process.
4: Attend bidding meetings and present bids with project leaders.
5: Manage ledgers

Qualifications:
1: Bachelor’s degree or higher
2: Fluent in English
3: 1+ years of tender experience
4: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
5: Responsible and detail-oriented
