💥WRIST STABILITY💥
▪️Here are some exercises to strengthen and stabilize your wrist without having to bend it!
▪️The neutral wrist position can be very useful to strengthen in certain cases where bending the wrist forcefully or forearm rotation is painful such as after a distal radius fracture. Many times patients are able to perform these exercises without pain!
1️⃣ Powerweb punch + pull
2️⃣ Putty stamp + pull
3️⃣ Flexbar isometric holds (all directions)
4️⃣ Stability ball punch (on wall or floor)
5️⃣ Theraband punch
