Application of PAP(Profunda Artery Perforator Flap) for Coverage of large soft tissue defect in the hand.

A severe hand injury patient was referred to our unit a few days ago. After initial debridement and bone fixation the hand was re-evaluated , debrided again and on the third day of injury wound was covered with Free PAP flap.
Out come was extremely satisfactory.
Patient was discharged with viable and healthy flap…
