*لمبا سجدہ (سچی کہانی)*
*کبھی ایسا سوچا نہ تھا*
مجھے خود سانس(Sans) کا مسئلہ تھا اور الرجی کی پرابلم تھی ۔ بار بار چھینکیں آتی تھیں ۔ ناک سے پانی بے انتہا آتا تھا اور تقریبا ۱۵ سال تک یہی مسئلہ رہا جو کہ لڑکپن میں ہی شروع ہو گیا تھا ۔
کبھی کبھار ذہن میں آتا تھا کہ
*نہ جانے ہمارے دین نے ہمیں ان بیماریوں سے نجات کا طریقہ بھی بتلایا ہے یا نہیں ۔*
ا
ایک دن اتفاق سے ہی ایک مسلمان ڈاکٹر کی وڈیو دیکھی جس میں اس نے بتایا کہ دماغی کمزوری کو دور کرنے کا واحد طریقہ *لمبا سجدہ* کرنا ہے ۔ یہ معلومات نئی تھیں ۔
دلیل کے طور پر انہوں نے یہ کہا کہ ہمارا دل کشش ثقل (Gravity) کے خلاف خون کو دماغ تک پمپ اتنے ٹھیک طریقے سے نہیں کرتا کہ جتنا جب ہم سجدے میں چلے جاتے ہیں ، تو تب کرتا ہے ۔ یہ بات تو بھلی معلوم ہوئی ۔

پھر کچھ ان کی وڈیوز دیکھیں تو معلوم ہوا کہ میری اپنی پرابلم رائنائٹس (Rhinitis) والی الرجی کا بھی یہی حل ہے ۔ کیونکہ دماغی کمزوری کی ہی وجہ سے ہمیں یہ پرابلم ہوتی ہے ۔
بہرحال واحد طریقہ تو یہی تھا کہ میں آزما کر دیکھ لیتا ۔
آپ یقین جانئے میری ۱۵ سالہ پرانی پرابلم اور الرجی کا مسئلہ تو ایک ماہ میں ہی لمبا سجدہ کرنے سے حل ہو گیا ۔ *الحمدللہ ۔*
نماز تو الحمدللہ پڑھتا تھا ، لیکن نماز کے بعد سجدہ شکر کو لمبا کر دیا اور دیگر کئی اذکار بالخصوص ۱۰۰ مرتبہ استغفار پڑھنے میں ہی پانچ سے دس منٹ کا سجدہ ہو جاتا ۔ اس سے اور کئی مسائل حل ہوئے ۔
چہرہ خون کی سپلائی کی وجہ سے تازہ رہنے لگا اور بڑی عمر کے اثرات تقریبا ختم ہو گئے ۔
بالوں کو خون ملنے کی وجہ سے بال گرنے کم ہو گئے ۔
بلغم کا مسئلہ تھا ، وہ بالکل ختم ہو گیا ۔ کانوں کے مسائل اور آنکھوں کی کمزوری کے مسائل کم ہو گئے
اور ساتھ ہی ساتھ آنکھوں کے نیچے گذشتہ ایک سال سے کالے رنگ کے ہلکے نہیں دکھے کبھی ۔
سبحان اللہ ! یہ مذہب ہی تھا جس کے ایک سجدے کے عمل کے پاس ہماری اتنی بیماریوں اور نہ جانے کن کن بیماریوں کا علاج ہے ۔
ورنہ بڑے سے بڑے یورپ کے ڈاکٹر کو میری الرجی کا علاج نہیں ملا ۔
الرجی کے خلاف موثر ترین طریقہ لمبا سجدہ کرنے کا یہ ہے کہ دونوں پلکوں کے درمیان والی جگہ کو سجدے گاہ پر رکھ کر سجدہ کیا جائے تو بہترین رزلٹس ملتے ہیں ۔
آج کل کرونا کا بہت زور ہے ۔ یقین مانئے اگر آپ لمبے سجدے کرنے شروع کر دیں نماز کے بعد تو آپ کے پھیپھڑے زیادہ مضبوط ہو سکتے ہیں ، کیونکہ سجدے کی ایک ایسی پوزیشن ہے کہ جس انسان کے لنگز زیادہ بہتر کام کرتے ہیں ۔ آزمودہ بات ہے ۔ آپ بھی آزما کر فائدہ لے سکتے ہیں ۔ یہ کم از کم پھپھڑوں کو طاقت ضرور دے گا۔
اگر یہ باتیں پہلے پتہ ہوتیں تو شاید میں اپنی والدہ کو بھی بچا لیتا اور ان کی دماغی کمزوری کا مسئلہ حل کروا دیتا ۔ ایسا نہیں کر سکا تو کم از کم آپ یہ سب باتیں جان لیجئے اور اپنے بڑھاپے کیلئے اور موجودہ بیماریوں اور وباوں سے بچنے کیلئے ابھی سے تیاری شروع کر دیجئے ۔ اللہ آپ کا حامی و ناصر ہو ۔ مذہب اسلام زندگی ہے ۔
آخر میں حضرت علی رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ کا قول نقل کر دوں کہ *اگر انسان کو پتہ چل جائے کہ سجدے میں کن کن نعمتوں نے اسے گھیرا ہوا ہے تو وہ سجدے سے سر اٹھانا ہی نہ چاہے ۔*
ہماری تحریریں تمام انسانوں کیلئے بلا تفریق مذہب و فرقہ ہوا کرتی ہیں ۔ لہذا آپ بھی یہی سمجھ کر تمام انسانوں تک پہنچائیں۔
