*Monitored Sweeping Activity in CTR-18, Dhok Gujran. Attended Morning briefing and direct team's to ensure maximum Larva detection and search for breeding site's.*

- 6 large mosquito breeding sites were identified near HI BI areas
- 6 under-construction buildings were found positive for mosquito larvae, all owned by the same individual
- An FIR (First Information Report) has been issued to the owner
- Open water tanks and dense vegetation in an open plot were also identified as major sources of mosquito breeding and hiding
- Chemical application on all positive tanks was done in my presence.

Recommendations:

- Immediate attention is required from RCB (Rawalpindi Cantonment Board) to ensure grubbing of the identified plots

Action Required:

- RCB to initiate grubbing and removal of dense vegetation on an urgent basis
- Follow-up visit to ensure compliance and effectiveness of measures taken
