💢انسانی صحت کا راز قرآن کی 3 آیات میں۔۔

مصر کے ڈاکٹر عماد فہمی جو کہ ایک ماہر غذائیات (Nuitritionist) اور موٹاپے کے معالج Bariatric consultant ہیں نے ایک ٹی وی انٹرویو میں یہ بتایا کہ انسانی صحت کا راز قرآن کی تین آیات میں پنہاں ہے:
1۔ كُلُوْا وَاشْرَبُوْا وَلَا تُسْرِفُوْا۝۰ۚ (الاعراف آیت 31) ترجمہ: کھاؤ پیو اور حد سے تجاوز نہ کرو۔
اس کی تشریح میں ڈاکٹر فہمی کہتے ہیں کہ اکثر ڈاکٹر نشاستہ (carbohydrates) اور چکنائی ( fats) سے منع کرتے ہیں حالانکہ یہ دونوں چیزیں انسانی صحت کے لئے بنیادی ( اہمیت کی حامل ہیں۔
اصل چیز جس سے منع کیا جانا چاہئے، وہ حد سے تجاوز ہے.
2۔ وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاۗءِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ (الانبياء آیت 30) ترجمہ: اور پانی سے ہر زندہ چیز پیدا کی۔ پیاس لگے یا نہ لگے پانی ضرور پیجئے۔ طبی معیار کے مطابق ہر شخص اپنے وزن کے ہر ایک کلو پر 30 ملی گرام پانی پیئے۔ مثلاً اگر کسی کا 70 کلو وزن ہو تو وہ 70 × 30 یعنی 2100 ملی گرام یعنی 2 لیٹر اور 100 گرام (تقریباً) 8 گلاس پانی روزانہ پیئے۔
یہ جگر، گردوں اور دل کی اچھی کاکردگی کے لئے بہت ضروری ہے۔
3) وَّجَعَلْنَا الَّيْلَ لِبَاسًا۝۱۰ۙ وَّجَعَلْنَا النَّہَارَ مَعَاشًا۝۱۱ (النباء آیت 10-11) ترجمہ: اور رات کو پردہ پوش اور دن کو معاش کا وقت بنایا۔
ڈاکٹر فہمی کہتے ہیں کہ رات کو جلدی سویا جائے اور صبح جلدی اٹھا جائے۔ یہ سب سے بہترین نسخہ ہے جو آپ کو نہ موٹا کرے گا اور نہ بیمار کرے گا!!!!

یہ جاپان کا قومی پھل ہے اور یہی وجہ ہے کہ پاکستان بلکہ دنیا بھر میں اسے جاپانی پھل کے نام سے زیادہ جانا جاتا ہے جبکہ اردو میں اسے املوک بھی کہا جاتا ہے۔

مگر یہ نام بہت کم افراد کو معلوم ہوتا ہے اور جاپانی پھل کے نام سے ہی زیادہ مشہور ہے جو سال کے آخری مہینوں میں دستیاب ہوتا ہے۔

ویسے اسے انگلش میں پرسیمون بھی کہا جاتا ہے۔

یہ پھل پوٹاشیم، فاسفورس اور وٹامن سی کے حصول کا اچھا ذریعہ ہے۔

اقسام
اس کی 2 اقسام ہیں، ایک ایشیائی اور دوسری امریکی۔

امریکا میں یہ پھل کاشت نہیں ہوتا بلکہ خودرو ہوتا ہے مگر جاپان میں اس کی قسم Diospyros kaki کاشت ہوتی ہے جو آپ بھی بازار سے خریدتے ہیں۔

یہ پھل صحت کے لیے بہت فائدہ مند ہوتا ہے جس کے چند فوائد درج ذیل ہیں۔

غذائی اجزا سے بھرپور
اس پھل میں متعدد غذائی اجزا اور منرلز موجود ہوتے ہیں۔

اس کی زیادہ تر اقسام میں بیٹا کیروٹین اور پوٹاشیم موجود ہوتا ہے جبکہ یہ فائبر، فاسفورس، کیلشیئم، وٹامن سی اور وٹامن اے کے حصول کا بھی اچھا ذریعہ ہے۔

بینائی کے لیے مفید
جاپانی پھل میں وٹامن اے کی مقدار کافی زیادہ ہوتی ہے اور یہ وٹامن آنکھوں کی صحت کے لیے اہم ہوتا ہے، کیونکہ یہ بینائی کے افعال کی معاونت کرتا ہے۔

وٹامن اے تاریکی میں دیکھنے میں بھی مدد فراہم کرتا ہے جبکہ مدافعتی نظام کو بھی مضبوط کرتا ہے۔

اینٹی آکسائیڈنٹس کا حصول
اینٹی آکسائیڈنٹس کی مقدار اس پھل میں بہت زیادہ ہوتی ہے اور یہی وجہ ہے کہ غذا میں یہ بہترین اضافہ ثابت ہوسکتا ہے۔

اینٹی آکسائیڈنٹس جسم میں زہریلے مواد سے پیدا ہونے والے تکسیدی تناؤ کا مقابلہ کرتے ہیں۔

یہ تکسیدی تناؤ متعدد امراض جیسے کینسر، دل کی شریانوں کے امراض، ذیابیطس اور دماغی تنزلی کا خطرہ بڑھاتا ہے۔

ویسے تو جسم بھی کچھ اینٹی آکسائیڈنٹس تیار کرتا ہے مگر بیشتر کا حصول غذا سے ہی ممکن ہوتا ہے۔

یہ پھل ورم کی روک تھام میں مدد فراہم کرتا ہے۔

چوہوں پر ہونے والی ایک تحقیق میں دریافت کیا کہ اس پھل کی اینٹی آکسائیڈنٹ خصوصیات سے جسمانی ورم میں کمی آسکتی ہے جبکہ ٹشوز کی صحت بھی بہتر ہوتی ہے۔

جاپانی پھل میں موجود وٹامن سی اس حوالے سے کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔

Am I hungry or am I thirsty? Staying hydrated could help you avoid overeating. A lot of people confuse thirst for hunger, so they'll tend to eat rather than drink water.

What exactly happened? Let’s get into the science behind it. There’s a small little part in our brain called hypothalamus which controls hunger, thirst and many other bodily functions and behaviors. Because hunger and thirst are controlled by the same area of the brain, it so happens that thirst produces similar reaction in our body, as hunger does. Like for instance, we get those grumbling and growling noises in the stomach or may start feeling dizzy or low on energy.

This confusion causes many people to over eat and thus put on those extra kilos.

The best way to clear the confusion is, when you feel the hunger pangs creeping in an hour after a meal, rather than breaking into some snacks, drink a glass of water and hold on for 15-20 minutes as it might take that much time for the hypothalamus to send a signal to let the nervous system know that the body was just thirsty and that the thirst has been quenched.

In this way, you can also cut down on unwanted food intake/or unnecessary snacking which then gets stored as fat. But, if after 15-20 minutes you still feel hungry, then you ought to eat as you may be actually hungry.
