A successful medical camp was held for the people of Khurma and Khuram Paracha by Christian Hospital Taxila, aimed at expanding the hospital’s outreach and bringing quality healthcare closer to the community.

A Legacy of Compassion, Healing, and Service ✨

Christian missionaries Dr. Norval Christy and Dorothy Christy moved to the newly formed country of Pakistan in 1947 as newlyweds, dedicating their lives to serving humanity during one of history’s most challenging times — the Partition. Amid the crisis, they stood with hundreds of thousands of refugees, providing much-needed medical care and hope.

For over 40 years at Christian Hospital Taxila, Dr. Christy devoted his life to restoring sight and dignity to the underprivileged. Through dedication, faith, and innovation, he personally performed more than 100,000 eye surgeries, curing blindness for tens of thousands, especially among the poor and vulnerable.

We are honored to share this full, uncut interview with Dr. Christy, recorded in Southern California in February 2013 — a powerful testimony of faith, commitment, and lifelong service.

With deep sorrow, we mourn the passing of Mrs. Surraya B. M. Gill, a woman of faith who has been called home to be with the Lord.
DIRECTOR Dr Nadeem David and all staff members of mission Christian Hospital Taxila Official extend heartfelt condolences to Rev. Dr. Majid Able and the entire bereaved family. May the Lord grant them strength, peace, and comfort during this difficult time of grief. We pray that God’s presence surrounds them and that His promises bring hope and reassurance in these moments of sorrow.
May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may the family find comfort in the blessed assurance that she is now in the loving arms of our Lord.

After a Gap of 30 years Director Dr Nadeem David and his Administrative team took the initiative to Organize a "6 Cities Basketball Legacy Tournament 2025” in collaboration with the Peace Ambassadors Society , CBBA, and Christian Hospital Taxila Official. Teams from Taxila, Islamabad, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sargodha, and Abbottabad participated in this exciting event.

The central theme of the tournament was to promote discipleship and inspire youth to engage in healthy and constructive activities. This initiative also carried a strong social message, emphasising the importance of sports as a positive alternative to drug abuse, thereby encouraging young people to build discipline, teamwork, and resilience through basketball.

The Grand Final of the 6 Cities Basketball Legacy Tournament 2025 was graced by our honorable Chief Guest, Ramesh Singh Arora (Minister of Human Rights and Minorities,) Punjab, along with other distinguished Government officials.

Their presence added great value to the event, highlighting the importance of youth empowerment, sportsmanship, and collective efforts against drug abuse.
