5 habits of highly energetic people

Get a Good Night Sleep:
In order for you to have a better day, you need to start with getting a good night’s sleep. If you are well rested, you won’t feel easily exhausted.
Take a Break:
No matter how busy your day gets, you need to take short breaks in between. This will help keep the stress levels down and it will also keep you refreshed and re-energized.
Eat healthily:
Healthy food choices will keep your energy up. Make sure that you incorporate food rich in vitamins and minerals in your diet.

Make Time For Exercise:
When you go home after work, try to look for a chance to walk at least one block. Aside from keeping your bones and muscles healthy, this should also serve as your breather after a long day at the office.

Think Positive:
Your thoughts affect your mood throughout the day. So filter the negative thoughts and focus on the positive things.

The Rotterdam criteria is used to diagnose PCOS. You must meet at least 2 of the 3.

1) Irregular or missing cycles
2) Elevated androgens
3) Polycystic ovaries on an ultrasound
