Symptoms

Causes
1. *Reduced sunlight*: Less exposure to natural light can disrupt circadian rhythms and neurotransmitter levels
2. *Vitamin D deficiency*: Lower levels of vitamin D during winter months may contribute to SAD
Treatment
1. *Light therapy*: Exposure to specialized light boxes or lamps that mimic natural sunlight
