Have an exaggerated sense of self-importance
Have a sense of entitlement and require constant, excessive admiration
Expect to be recognized as superior even without achievements that warrant it
Exaggerate achievements and talents
Be preoccupied with fantasies about success, power, brilliance, beauty or the perfect mate
Believe they are superior and can only associate with equally special people
Monopolize conversations and belittle or look down on people they perceive as inferior
Expect special favors and unquestioning compliance with their expectations
Take advantage of others to get what they want
Have an inability or unwillingness to recognize the needs and feelings of others

•Persistent lying or deceit to exploit others
•Being callous, cynical and disrespectful of others

•Arrogance, a sense of superiority and being extremely opinionated
•Recurring problems with the law, including criminal behavior
•Repeatedly violating the rights of others through intimidation and dishonesty

What is an eating disorder?
Eating disorders are a range of psychological conditions that cause unhealthy eating habits to develop. They might start with an obsession with food, body weight, or body shape.

In severe cases, eating disorders can cause serious health consequences and may even result in death if left untreated. In fact, eating disorders are among the deadliest mental illnesses, second to opioid overdose

People with eating disorders can have a variety of symptoms. Common symptoms include severe restriction of food, food binges, and purging behaviors like vomiting or overexercising.

Although eating disorders can affect people of any gender at any life stage, they’re increasingly common in men and gender nonconforming people. These populations often seek treatment at lower rates or may not report their eating disorder symptoms at all.

An eating disorder can be difficult to manage or overcome by yourself. Eating disorders can virtually take over your life. If you're experiencing any of these problems, or if you think you may have an eating disorder, seek medical help.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that's triggered by a terrifying event — either experiencing it or witnessing it. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event.

Most people who go through traumatic events may have temporary difficulty adjusting and coping, but with time and good self-care, they usually get better. If the symptoms get worse, last for months or even years, and interfere with your day-to-day functioning, you may have PTSD.

If you have disturbing thoughts and feelings about a traumatic event for more than a month, if they're severe, or if you feel you're having trouble getting your life back under control, talk to your doctor or a mental health professional. Getting treatment as soon as possible can help prevent PTSD symptoms from getting worse.

Acute insomnia lasts from 1 night to a few weeks.

Chronic insomnia happens at least 3 nights a week for 3 months or more.

It's a mental health condition that needs serious attention.

اپنا من پسند کپڑا لیجئے اسے کانٹے دار جھاڑیوں میں پھینک دیجئے اس طرح کے وہ بری طرح الجھ جاۓ۔۔ اور جب وہ بری طرح ان جھاڑیوں میں الجھ جاتے تب اس کو کھینچ لیجئے۔۔۔۔

کیا ہوا؟؟ کپڑا پھٹ گیا؟؟؟ پھٹا نہیں تو اس میں بہت سے چھید (سوراخ) ہو گئے، کپڑا پرانا اور بوسیدہ لگنے لگ گیا۔۔۔

نتیجہ وہ کپڑا آپ کے استعمال کا نہیں رہا۔۔۔۔🥺

بس بالکل ایسے ہی روح چھلنی ہو جاتی ہے جب آپ کسی کے اعتبار ، پھروسے، مان، محبت اور عزت کا غلط فائدہ اٹھاتے ہیں پھر چاہے وہ آپکی اولاد ہو، آپکے والدین ہو، آپکے بہن بھائی ہو، دوست احباب ہو یا آپکے پاس کام کرنے والا کوئی انسان ہو آپکا employee ہو۔۔۔

چند situations کا تجزیہ کر لیں اور نتیجہ خود نکال لیں:

پہلی سچویشن:

گھر مہمانوں سے بھرا ہوا ہے آپ اپنے بچے پر چیخ پڑے اسکو سب کے سامنے بےعزت کر دیا یہ سوچ کر کے یہ تو ابھی بچہ ہے۔۔۔
وہ بچہ تو یہ سیکھ رہا تھا کے والدین اس کا سہارا ہے، اسکا سپورٹ سسٹم ہیں لیکن یہ کیا والدین نے تو اسکو سپورٹ کرنے کے بجاۓ پریشان کر دیا۔۔۔۔

دوسری سچویشن

بچہ پریشان ہے آپ کے پاس آکر اپنی پریشانی بتاتا ہے بچے کو اعتبار ہے آپ ہر آپ اس کا مسئلہ حل کریں گے لیکن یہ کیا آپ تو چیخ پڑے
کبھی تمھارے مسئلے ختم نہیں ہوتے۔۔ کبھی اپنا کوئی مسئلہ تم خود سے حل نہیں کر سکتے اتنے بڑے ہو گئے ہو، سکون نہیں دیا کبھی، پریشان کر کے رکھا ہوا ہے۔۔۔
خود سے کب سوچو گے ، تم کب سدھرو گے، تمھاری طرف سے کوئی اچھی بات کبھی پتہ بھی چلے گی یا نہیں۔۔۔🥺

یہ کیا آپ پر تو مان تھا، بھروسہ تھا، اعتبار تھا اور اعتقاد بھی یہ کیا کر دیا آپ نے 🥺

ایک اور سچویشن:

بچہ خوشی خوشی گھر آیا آج اس کے ٹیسٹ میں پورے نمبر اۓ ہیں یا پھر وہ سپورٹس ڈے پر جیت کر آیا ہے۔۔۔
وہ سب سے پہلے اپنی خوشی آپ کے ساتھ بانٹنا چاہتا ہے۔۔۔
آج تو سب بہت خوش ہو جائیں گے، مجھے گفٹس بھی ملیں گے۔۔۔۔

آپ کا ردعمل چلو شکر ہے تم بھی کبھی جیتے، تم نے کبھی پورے نمبر لئے، شکر ہے تم نی بھی کوئی اچھا کام کیا۔۔۔ اچھا اب کیا کروں؟ بہت بڑا کارنامہ کیا ہے ایک ٹیسٹ ہی تو تھا ۔۔ اچھا تمھارا دل تو صرف کھیل میں لگتا ہے پڑھائی پر توجہ دو۔۔۔
حوصلہ افزائی کا ایک لفظ بھی نہیں ۔۔

بچہ تو سوچ کر آیا تھا کے آپ اس کی خوشی اس کی کامیابی میں خوش ہو گے مگر یہ کیا آپ نے کیا کیا۔۔۔🥺

ایک اور سچویشن:

چلیں میاں بیوی کی ایک سچویشن لے لیتے ہیں:

پورا دن کی تھکی ہاری بیوی کھانا ٹھیک سے گرم نہیں تھا اور آپ برس پڑے۔۔۔
تم سارا دن کرتی ہی کیا ہو۔۔۔
نہ حال پوچھا نہ احوال ۔۔۔
کیا ہوا؟ آپ تو اس کا مان تھے لیکن یہ کیا کیا آپ نے؟؟🥺

لیجئے ایک اور سچویشن:
(آج کی پوسٹ کی آخری سچویشن)

سارا دن کا تھکا ہارا شوہر گھر آیا اور آپ لگی شکایتیں کرنے کبھی ساس کی، کبھی سسر کی کبھی نند یا دیور کی یا پھر بچوں کی۔۔۔

ارے وہ تو سکون کی تلاش میں گھر آیا تھا ذرا حوصلہ تو کیا ہوتا۔۔۔ 🥺

اپنے الفاظ کے چناؤ میں اپنے برتاؤ میں بہت محتاط رہیں۔۔۔ کانٹے دار الفاظ دل ، دماغ اور روح کو بری طرح چھلنی کرتے ہیں۔۔۔

احساس سب سے زیادہ ضروری ہے۔۔۔ اپنے اندر احساس پیدا کیجئے 🤗

Ever wondered why child with Autism lack poor or no eye contact at all?
There are multiple reasons, every child on Autism is different. They feel un safe, for them eye contact seems un natural and some time threatening as well.
To concentrate they need to focus, shut down other sensory data to get maximum out from one side sensory side that is auditory data.
The act of stimming comes as compensation, fidgeting, hamming, flapping could be result of an act of compensation.
The eye contact feel draining for long time so the start looking around during a conversation. But important thing to remember is they LISTEN EVERY WORD WE SAY....

کبھی سوچا ہے کہ آٹزم کے شکار بچے میں آنکھوں سے رابطہ کیوں نہیں ہوتا ہے؟
اس کی متعدد وجوہات ہیں، آٹزم میں مبتلا ہر بچہ مختلف ہوتا ہے۔ غیر محفوظ محسوس کرتے ہیں، ان کے لیے آنکھ سے رابطہ غیر فطری لگتا ہے اور کچھ وقت خطرہ بھی۔
توجہ مرکوز کرنے کے لیے انہیں توجہ مرکوز کرنے کی ضرورت ہے، دوسرے حسی ڈیٹا کو بند کر دیں تاکہ ایک طرف سے زیادہ سے زیادہ حاصل ہو سکے جو کہ سمعی ڈیٹا ہے۔
حوصلہ افزائی کا عمل معاوضے کے طور پر آتا ہے، فجیٹنگ، ہیمنگ، پھڑپھڑانا معاوضے کے عمل کا نتیجہ ہوسکتا ہے۔
آنکھ کا رابطہ طویل عرصے تک خشک ہوتا ہوا محسوس ہوتا ہے لہذا گفتگو کے دوران ارد گرد دیکھنا شروع کریں۔ لیکن یاد رکھنے کی اہم بات یہ ہے کہ وہ ہمارے کہے ہوئے ہر لفظ کو سنتے ہیں۔
