High protein chicken wrap

Ingredients
✔️Boneless chicken 500g
✔️Medium sized capsicum 1
✔️Medium size onion 1
✔️Green chilies 3-4
✔️Coriander leaves 1 cup
✔️Mint leaves 1/2 cup
✔️Salt according to taste
✔️Red chili powder 1 tbsp
✔️Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
✔️Paprika powder 1 or 1 1/2 tbsp
✔️Cumin powder 1 tbsp
✔️Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
✔️Crushed ginger 1 tbsp
✔️Lemon juice 1 tbsp
✔️Bread crumbs 1 cup
✔️Milk 4–5 tbsps

Salad ingredients
✔️Medium Onion 1
✔️Medium Tomato 1
✔️Coriander 1 cup chopped
✔️Salt according to taste
✔️Paprika powder 1 tbsp
✔️Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Method
1. Add all the ingredients in a chopper and chop everything well
2. Now take a non stick pan and grease it
3. Add all the chicken mixture and spread it all over the pan
3. Make marks to make long kababs out of it
4. Cook it on both sides ( i have to transfer the mixture to tawa because all the mixture got stuck to the pan as i was using grill pan) nonstick pan or tawa will work fine
5. Make salad by mixing all the ingredients
6. Take a tortilla wrap or homemade roti
7. Add raida, then salad and then chicken kabab
8. Fold it and enjoy

Your high protein wrap is ready (kabab was too soft and yum, nust try)

Ps: I know my voice over might sounds boring but discipline is also boring, make your boring enjoyable, thats the only way how it works

What is in your fridge right now is what you are going to eat not what you planned to eat

So shop with the list
Meal prep in bulk so that decision is already made
Have the same 3-4 meals on rotation

I don’t go to supermarkets as often now.

It also takes a lot of self-control to avoid them when every other store is filled with tempting options.

Having these occasionally does no harm, but if it becomes an everyday routine, it can be a problem.

Your body is not the problem, your daily decisions build means which means your daily decisions can rebuild it.

You already know what needs to change
The only question is when you're going to stop pretending you don't

Crispy chicken and cheese cones

Ingredients
1 tsp Crushed garlic
1 small Chopped onion
500-600g bonesless chicken
1 small chopped capsicum
1tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tap peprika powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp parsley
2 tbsps cream
Tortilla wraps 2-3

Method
✔️Saute garlic then add onions, cook till golden brown
✔️Add chicken, capsicum and spices
✔️After chicken is done, add cream and turn off the flame
✔️Make cones out of tortillas as shown in the video
✔️Add chicken filling
✔️Top it up with cheese
✔️Cook in a pan until crsip and golden brown (can also bake and air fry them)

Do try them out, appearance might not that aesthetic but the taste is soo good

So keep it simple. Choose meals that fuel your body, keep you energized, and help you stay consistent during these blessed days.

• Protein-rich Sehri
• Break your fast with dates & water
• Balanced Iftar/Dinner (protein + carbs + fiber)
• 30-minute walk after Sehri or Iftar
• Workout 3x a week
• Prioritize 7–8 hours of sleep
• Stay well hydrated

Small, simple habits can help you feel lighter, more energetic, and focused on what truly matters in these last days of Ramadan.
