KHAS Hospital conducted an insightful workshop on the Fundamentals of Urogynaecology on May 24, 2025, led by esteemed urogynaecologists Dr. Novera Chugtai and Dr. Urooj Kashif from AKUH.

From understanding the functional anatomy of the pelvis and perineum to practical sessions on POP-Q, stress urinary incontinence, and urodynamics, the workshop provided hands-on learning and skill-building for healthcare professionals in the region.

This initiative is part of KHAS Hospital’s ongoing commitment to advancing clinical excellence and expanding training opportunities in women's health.

KHAS Hospital hosted a one-day training on 'Capacity Building of LHVs/CMWs in Family Planning Methods and Post-Abortion Care (PAC)', conducted by Dr. Samreen Musharraf, Trainer Consultant, in collaboration with DKT Pakistan.

This training, held on November 30, 2024, equipped over 20 healthcare providers with hands-on skills and raised awareness among 50+ women about family planning options. This is the first of many such initiatives to strengthen family health services in Upper Sindh.

We are excited to announce that KHAS Hospital will soon host a Family Planning (FP) Clinic, managed by DKT Pakistan, where patients can register now for FP method procedures. Stay tuned for updates!
