🍳Start your day with a nice and healthy breakfast
🥩 Eat your Meat with My Plate method
Fill half of your plate with vegetables
Quarter of it should consist of Protein aka meat and rest of it with Carbohydrates
🍾Avoid over consumption of fizzy drinks / beverages with major meals.
🍰 Eat your desserts after your major meal
Eat mindfully
💧Stay hydrated
