Best dua's for Taak raat♥️

Translation of first dua (it's magical trust me,it opened Many doors of blessings for me)

“O Living, O Self-Sustaining Sustainer! In Your Mercy do I seek relief (Ay hamesha zinda rehny waly, sb ko qaim rakhny waly,Teri Rehmat k zariye faryad Chahta hun)

Anas bin Malik said: “Whenever a matter would distress him, the Prophet (ﷺ) would say: ‘O Living, O Self-Sustaining Sustainer! In Your Mercy do I seek relief (ya hayyu ya qayyum birahmatika astaghees).” And with this chain, that he said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Be constant with: “O Possessor of Majesty and Honor.

Translation of 2nd dua

So he called upon his Lord, ‘I am defeated: help me!’ (Mere Rab Mai bebas Hun Tu meri madad farma)

Story behind this dua

The Quran then continues with the story of Prophet Nuh (pbuh) and how the people hadn’t listened to him. He tried was sincere and honest in his presentation but the people not only ignored him they taunted him, called him insane, possessed, and a madman. 

Nuh (AS) became intimidated and fearful by being driven out of the community he cried to Allah for help and recited this rabbi inni maghlubun dua. It is given in Surah Qamar ayah 10.

The background of these two dua shows that these duas are powerful when you're distressed. It will definitely give you relief.

Today is world mental health day. Every year millions of people face mental health issues around the globe. So every year on 10th of October we create awareness regarding mental health. And we show empathy and kindness towards those who are fighting with mental health.

10th September is a day of "Suicide Prevention Day" all over the world.

It emphasis on the importance of "Mental health"

So here I'm creating awareness with a Motto "LIFE IS A BLESSING AND YOU'RE ALIVE FOR A REASON"

Don't let your emotions and impulsivity drag you to that point where you think that "you've no option accept finishing yourself"

Don't lose hope,be brave and keep fighting whatever life is throwing in your way.

Me as a Psychologist can assure you that you only need to ask for help nothing more.

1)Talk to your loved ones whatever you're feeling
2)Don't feel ashamed because you're mentally disturbed
3) As soon as possible contact a psychologist or mental health worker or your friend/family member
4) Whenever suicidal thoughts are hitting you start doing breathing exercises or go out and do brisk walk.
5) Don't hide yourself in darkness.


Zindagi ek naimat hai jo bar bar ni milti aur Mayusi kufar hai. Halaat ka muqabala kerain aur agr thak jain yan haar jain zindagi se tu "kisi dost yan kareebi" ko smjhain k ap kia soch rehain hai. Ho sakay tu Mahir e nafsiyat k paas jain. Kyun k dimaghi masail bhi beemari hain jesy cancer hai.
Aur khud ko mazboot rakhain.

"Apki Zindagi qeemati hai isy kbi zaya kerny ka na sochain"

This tip is really helpful for panic attack and anxiety. Do try it to make yourself relaxed.

Breathing exercise is the main step for relaxing nerves system.

Important tips for controlling panic attack and anxiety❗
1️⃣ do breathing exercises
2️⃣ whenever you feel low go and breathe in fresh air
3️⃣ Drink lots of water
4️⃣ Lay down on bed, close your eyes and slowly slowly do deep breathing
5️⃣ When you start feeling better do something which makes you happy for example watch TV or read a book

And if you don't feel good after following these tips which I mentioned above then go for professional help🔅

Therapy tips part (1)

Anything that exists in our religion is not without any purpose.

Yes its "sadaq e jaria" to smile. Hazrat Muhammad SAW said it which clearly shows the importance of "Smile"

In Psychology there is a therapy known as "Laughing therapy" which helps to reduce stress. Laughter therapy targets our different muscles and brain to create a sense of relief. It's good for our physical and psychological health. It boost up your energy.

If you feel low try to smile😊 keep it in your mind because it's "SUNNAH"
