4 months ago I performed a closed RG nail procedure with removal of a bullet. The patient was allowed early weight bearing and went home after surgery.
Today he came for a 4-month follow-up — Alhamdulillah, he is doing very well.

🌼 A Story of Strength and Second Chances! 🌼
A 75-year-old lady came to us with a history of slip and fall at home about 4 months ago. She had taken traditional treatment elsewhere but had been bedridden since, unable to stand or walk due to persistent pain.
Her X-ray revealed an old malunited fracture of the hip — a condition where the broken bone heals in the wrong position.
After careful evaluation, she underwent osteoclasis and DHS (Dynamic Hip Screw) fixation at our center. 🙌
She’s now on the road to recovery — regaining her mobility and independence step by step!
👉 Lesson to take away:
Don’t ignore fractures, especially in elderly patients. Early and proper orthopedic care can make all the difference between months of immobility and a quicker return to normal life.

A 25-year-old male teacher arrived after a high-speed road traffic accident with pain, a wound, and deformity in his distal leg. X-rays showed a distal tibia-fibula fracture.

With careful planning and teamwork, we performed tibial nailing using the 1-stitch technique with 3 distal locking screws — setting him on the path to a smooth recovery.
