پیارے والدین!
گرمیوں کے موسم میں نو زائیدہ بچوں کو ہسپتالوں کے ایمرجنسی وارڈز اور چائلڈ سپیشلسٹ کے پاس اکثر *بخار* کی شکایت کے ساتھ لایا جاتا ہے۔ معائنے کے دوران اکثر پتا چلتا ہے کہ بچے کو **اصل بخار نہیں ہوتا**، بلکہ ان کا جسمانی درجہ حرارت ماحول کی گرمی کی وجہ سے بڑھ جاتا ہے۔

# # # کیوں ہوتا ہے؟
نوزائیدہ بچوں کے جسم میں گرمی کو کنٹرول کرنے کا نظام **(Heat Regulation)** ابھی مکمل نہیں ہوتا۔ جب گردش کا درجہ حرارت بہت زیادہ ہو (جیسے شدید گرمی، بند کمرے، زیادہ کپڑے) تو بچے کا جسم فوری ردعمل نہیں دے پاتا، جس سے **"ماحولیاتی ہائپرپائرکسیا" (Environmental Hyperpyrexia)** ہو سکتا ہے۔

# # # پہچان کیسے کریں؟
اگر آپ کے بچے کو:
- جسم گرم ہے،
- لیکن وہ **چست اور ہوشیار** ہے،
- دودھ پینا یا سونا معمول کے مطابق ہے،
- اور پیشاب/پاخانہ بھی نارمل ہے،
🔹 تو یہ ماحول کی گرمی کی وجہ سے ہو سکتا ہے۔

# # # احتیاطی تدابیر:
1. بچے کو **ہلکے، سوتی کپڑے** پہنائیں۔
2. کمرے کو **ہوادار اور ٹھنڈا** رکھیں (پنکھا/ایئر کولر استعمال کریں)۔
3. بچے کو **براہ راست دھوپ** یا گرم جگہوں (جیسے کار میں) سے بچائیں۔
4. زیادہ گرمی میں **پانی سے نہلائیں** یا جسم کول پانی سے صاف کریں۔
5. کبھی بھی بچے کو **موٹے کپڑوں یا زیادہ کمبل** میں نہ لپیٹیں۔
6.غیر ضروری طور پر عطائی ڈاکٹروں سے اینٹی بائیٹک لگوانے سے اجتناب کیجئے اور مستند ماہر اطفال سے را بطہ کیجئے۔

# # # ڈاکٹر سے کب رابطہ کریں؟
اگر بچہ **سست ہو، تیز سانس لے، دودھ نہ پی رہا ہو، یا جسم پر دانے/سرخی** نظر آئے، تو فوری ہسپتال آئیں۔

یہ احتیاطیں آپ کے بچے کو گرمی کے نقصانات سے بچا سکتی ہیں۔ یاد رکھیں: **نوزائیدہ بچے کی صحت کا دارومدار آپ کی چھوٹی سی احتیاط پر ہے!**
