⭐️⭐️ 28 years old male patient had Lt Shaft of femur fracture 4 years back . He was operated with open intramedullary nail (non-locking) 4 years back and got infected. Since then He had 10 surgeries and now has severe soft tissue compromise with infective non union. Now implant removed and ilizarov applied for two major concerns i-e infection eradication and to achieve union .✨✨
