✅Wake up and have a high protein breakfast
✅Go for a daily walk(slow to medium pace)
✅Choose most unprocessed whole foods
✅Incorporate foods such as low GI carbs, green leafy veggies, chicken & nuts
✅Weight training is amazing 3-5 times per week
✅Incorporate supplements according to your body need
✅Put your phone on "sleep" mode at least an hour before bed
