Beef Kabab
Grounded beef 1 kg
Salt 1 teaspoon (as per taste)
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon (as per taste)
Chilli flakes 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Zeera powder 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
Onion finely chopped 1 small size
Fresh coriander finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Green chilli 2 finely chopped

Add all the spices to the beef Qeema. Mix well. Make kebabs and shallow fry in desired form if fat I.e Desi ghee, butter or olive oil on medium high flame to retain the juices. I like them crispy fried. Enjoy with bowl of salad ☺️
