It is the structured period of preparation athletes complete before the competitive season begins. The goal is to get the athlete mentally,physically and technically ready to perform high level performance.

Training Structure:
Volume : low to moderate ( 4-6 reps of 3-4 sets )
Intensity: moderate to high.

The athlete will focus on basic muscular and cardiovascular strength and work on weakness. Skill training will b less in off-season.
