🩺 What is PCOS?
→ PCOS is a common hormonal condition affecting women of reproductive age
→ It happens due to hormonal imbalance, especially increased male-type hormones (androgens)
→ It can affect periods, skin, hair, weight, and fertility
→ Not all women with PCOS look the same, so symptoms can vary

🩺 Irregular or Missed Periods
→ One of the most common signs of PCOS
→ Periods may come very late, skip for months, or stop completely
→ Some women get only 2–4 periods in a year
→ This happens because ovulation does not occur regularly

🩺 Excess Facial or Body Hair (Hirsutism)

Journey of S***m from Ej*******on to Fertilisation
نطفے کا سفر: انزال سے بارآوری تک
1. Ej*******on
During sexual in*******se, semen containing millions of s***ms is ej******ed into the va**na near the cervix.
جنسی تعلق کے دوران منی (جس میں لاکھوں نطفے ہوتے ہیں) اندام نہانی میں گریوا کے قریب خارج ہوتی ہے۔
2. Survival in the Va**na
The va**na is acidic, so many s***ms die. Only healthy and motile s***ms survive.
اندام نہانی کا ماحول تیزابی ہوتا ہے، اس لیے بہت سے نطفے مر جاتے ہیں۔ صرف صحت مند اور متحرک نطفے زندہ رہتے ہیں۔
3. Passage Through Cervix
At ovulation, cervical mucus becomes thin and alkaline, allowing s***ms to pass easily.
اوویولیشن کے وقت گریوا کی رطوبت پتلی اور الکلائن ہو جاتی ہے، جس سے نطفوں کو گزرنے میں آسانی ہوتی ہے۔
4. Movement Through Uterus
S***ms swim through the uterus. Uterine contractions help move them toward the fallopian tubes.
نطفے رحم کے اندر تیرتے ہوئے آگے بڑھتے ہیں۔ رحم کے سکڑاؤ انہیں فیلوپین ٹیوبز کی طرف لے جاتے ہیں۔
5. Entry into Fallopian Tube
S***ms reach the ampulla of the fallopian tube, which is the usual site of fertilisation.
نطفے فیلوپین ٹیوب کے ایمپولا حصے تک پہنچتے ہیں، جہاں عام طور پر بارآوری ہوتی ہے۔
6. Capacitation
In the female tract, s***ms undergo capacitation, which makes them capable of fertilising the o**m.

7. Acrosome Reaction
S***m releases enzymes from the acrosome to pe*****te the zona pellucida of the o**m.

8. Fertilisation
One s***m enters the o**m. Fusion of nuclei occurs, forming a zygote.

9. After Fertilisation
The zygote begins cell division and moves toward the uterus for implantation.
