Taklifon ki duniya mai agr tum kisi kay kam ajao to is se behtar kiya hoga? Kiya huwa agar tumhen koi tab yad karta jab usko tumhari zarurat ho? Logon ki zaruraton ka tumse wabista hona tumpe Allahﷻ ka khas karam hai to ye kiyu sochte ho ye mere kaam nahi aata to main kiyun aaun??

Kind and soft hearted people help unconditionally and they feel guilt easily when they fail to do so.

It is in their nature to be easily haunted by their conscience whenever they decline to help. For them, the hardest thing to do is to do nothing.

Which lead others taking advantage of them. Their intentions are genuine but their help turned those takers into parasites who could only fend for themselves when help stops coming their way.

So if you are one of these, if you really want to help people who are obviously depending on you more than they should, let them learn to stand on their own, remember that teaching people how to hunt is better than giving them a piece of meat.

میرے کلینک کا ڈسپنسر اپنی بیٹی کے متلعق بتاتا یے کہ وہ fsc فرسٹ ائیر میں ہے، دن میں سولہ سے 18 گھنٹے پڑھتی ہے، رات تین بجے سوتی ہے فلاں فلاں۔ کیا وہ ڈاکٹر بن جائے گی؟؟ اس کے میٹرک میں 1098/1100 تھے، جس پر وہ بہت روئی تھی کہ نمبر کم آئے ہیں۔
میں اسکا دل رکھنے کے لیے اسکی باتیں سنتا ہوں، لیکن ایک کان سے سنکر اسی کان سے ہی فورا باہر نکال دیتا ہوں۔ اب وہ مجھے کل بتا رہا تھا کہ اسکے خالہ کے بیٹے کی شادی ہے، وہ کہتی ہے کہ میں نے نہیں جانا، میری پڑھائی کا حرج ہو گا۔ ساتھ فخر سے کہتا ہے کہ یہ extraordinary بچے کی نشانی ہے۔
پاکستانی والدین کو یہ بات کب سمجھ آئے گی کہ زیادہ پڑھانا کامیابی کا راز نہیں ہے۔اچھا پڑھنا ضروری ہے زیادہ پڑھنا نہیں ۔ہمارے لیے کامیابی کا اندازہ اس بات سے لگایا جاتا ہے کہ کون کتنی زیادہ دیر پڑھتا ہے؟؟ اوپر سے ہم نے بچوں کے زہنوں میں competition کا ایسا خوفناک بیچ بو دیا ہے کہ وہ صرف فرسٹ آنے کو ہی اپنی ترجیح سمجھتے ہیں ۔ فرسٹ آنے اور بہترین بننے کی کوشش وہ اپنی خوشیوں اور کامیابیوں کو celebrate کرنا ہی بھول گئے ہیں ۔۔یہی و الدین ہر جگہ شور مچاتے ہیں کہ ہمارا بچہ/ بچی اتنے گھنٹے پڑھتے ہیں، لیکن کل کو کہیں نمبر کم آ جائیں تو وہ اسکو بچے کی اور اپنی ناکامیابی سمجھتے ہیں۔
فرسٹ آنے کی دھن میں بچوں سے انکی معصومیت تک چھین لی گئی ہے۔ اگر آپکا بچہ فرسٹ آتا ہے لیکن اس میں اتنا confidence ہی نہیں کہ وہ دوسروں کو فیس کر سکے، محفل میں سرعام گفتگو نا کر سکے، تو ایسی تعلیم کا کیا فائدہ؟؟ بلکل اسی وہ بچہ کسی دوسرے کی خوشی غمی میں نا شرکت کر سکے، ایسے مواقع پر الفاظ کے چناؤ سے قاصر ہے تو یقین مانیے تعلیم نے اس بچے کا کچھ نہیں بگاڑا۔
تعلیم کا مقصد محض زیادہ نمبر لینا نہیں، بلکہ اپنے آپ کو وقت کے مطابق ڈھالنا، اچھے اخلاق و رہن سہن، بہتر تربیت ہی تعلیم کا اہم جزو ہے ۔ پاکستانی والدین اچھے گریڈز کے چکر میں تعلیم کے بنیادی جزو ہی بھول چکے ہیں، جو کہ انتہائی تشویشناک صورتحال ہے، بدقسمتی سے ایسے والدین اپنے بچوں کا نقصان کر رہے ہیں اور انہیں خود یہ بات معلوم نہیں ۔

کرسی ہے تمھارا یہ جنازہ تو نہی ہے......

زیر نظر تصویر راولپنڈی ڈویژن کے سب سے بڑے ہسپتال میں بچوں کے انتھائی نگھداشت یونٹ P. ICU کے ایک بیڈ پہ لیٹے زندگی اور موت کی جنگ لڑتے میرے اور آپ کے بچوں کی ہے. کہنے کو یہ انتھائی نگھداشت یونٹ ہے لیکن تصویر سے آپ اندازہ لگا سکتے ہیں کہ یہ کیسا ICU کہ جس میں ایک بیڈ پہ پانچ بچے ایک دوسرے کو جان لیوا انفیکشن اس طرع پھلا رہے ہیں کہ اگر کسی کے بچنے کا چانس ہے بھی تو یہاں آ کے ختم ہو جاتا ہے .یہاں پے ایک آکسیجن کے پائپ سے پانچ بچوں کو آکسیجن دی جاتی ہے یہاں پہ کبھی بیڈ میسر نہ ہو تو ان بچوں کو فرش پے لٹا دیا جاتا ہے.جب بارش ہو تو یہ ICU اسطرع ٹپکتا ہے ہے جیسے فراز کی غزلوں میں غریب کی چھت ٹپکتی ہے .مانا یار کہ یے غریب کے بچے ہیں لیکن ان بچوں کا سوائے اس کہ کیا قصور ہے کہ وہ غریب کہ گھر پیدا ہوئے ہیں. یے وہی غریب ہیں جن کے حق پے ڈاکہ ڈال کے تم لوگ ایوانوں میں عیاشی کر رہے ہو اور بڑے فخر سے کہتے ہو کہ میں رالپنڈی سے جیت کہ چودہ دفعہ وزیر بنا ہوں .اور موصوفہ مہلے کی آنٹی وزیر صحت اس ہسپتال کا ہر ماہ دورہ بھی کرتی ہے اور سب اچھا کی روپوڑٹ بنا کے دے دیتی ہے. اس ناہل حکومت کے مطابق چالیس ہزار ڈاکٹر لاکھوں نرسزکی بھرتی اور سینکڑوں ہسپتال بھی بن چکے ہیں لیکن صرف سوشل میڈیا پر....آخر پے صحت کاڑڈ کے پیچھے چھپنے کی دم توڑتی کوشش میں مصروف عمل یے اس حکومت ہے بتانے کی ضرورت ہے کہ کیا ریاست میں صحت اور تعلیم شہریوں کا حق نہی ہے جو آپ نے اس کو بھی صحت کارڈ کی صورت میں خیرات میں بانٹنا شروع کر دیا ہے؟
