Seeing too many clients ruined because of "psychological/psychiatric" advice by religious/spiritual scholars.
Another dimension of the problem is that the psychological and religious outlook of many of these speakers developed in some western countries while the listeners having problems are from Pakistan, India, etc.

Not only is this advice across fields but also across cultures. Such advice can be a difference between life and death or order and chaos. Some intellectual humility will let us do our work better.

p.s. The inverse is also true - religious/spiritual advice by people with no spiritual/ religious training, aka motivational speakers, psychologists, and i-know-it-all-ists.
