Celebration of observing 30-day mental health challenge.

Let's resolve to make the exercises of 30 days of Mental Wellness Challenge a habit in 2021. If there is one thing that these Mental Fitness exercises taught me, it's that practicing self-care in an activity, is mindful movement, purposeful thought, deliberative decision-making, and being accepting of my emotions. As a parting thought, always appreciate your efforts, big or small, and if you are reading this, give yourself a big pat on the back. 2021, well here we are. So time to adopt a new habit, or let go a bad one. Look through this past month, from sleeping earlier, to going on a walk or picnic, having a date night and being grateful. Make one of these a new habit, a daily practice. Look at your toxic behaviors, anger, wants, finding comforts in food, drink, or smoke, leave it behind. Adopt a new habit of clean and purposeful living. Of fun and wonder. Have a great year ahead and watch this space for a new and exciting announcement.

Switch off, tune off, and put the phone away. All night! See what happens. How much calmness enters. Don't let the smartphone make you a dumb person. Control your phone. Lean in to what is around you, connect with your surroundings and the people who are in them. I'm sure Instagram, Whatsapp, news, fwds, and messages can wait.
