DO YOU KNOW which meal identifies as a 'HIGH PROTEIN LOW CARB' option?

❌ One of the most common error people make while making a meal high protein low carb option is stuffing more proteins to their regular meals (which serves right to some extent). Doing this they unintentionally are adding more calories then there requirement.

✅ The correct way is in below 3 steps:
- calculate calories/servings of your regular meals.
- instead of adding more portions to your original meals substitute your carb portion with he proteins.
- This way your regular meal serves high protein and low carb within your caloric requirements.

This way instead of stuffing more quantity (aka calories) you enhanced QUALITY of your regular meal.

Hydration Requirements for a healthy:
Males: 1.7- 2.5 Litre fluid/day.
Females: 1.7- 2 Litre fluid/day.
Children: 1.5-1.7 Litre fluid/day.

Hydration is also important beside dietary fiber. Together they work life magic and regulate your gut movements.

For a better gut health:
1. Drink enough water
2. Eat at least 25g dietary fiber/day.
3. Add probiotics (yogurt/cheese).
